not sure about the current state of warpcast, it seems *very* hard for those without a badge to get visibility. i literally only see posts from users with the badge and i've just realized that i'm missing a lot of nice things (notifications included) from artists i really like that don't have the badge 🤷

yes but we are back to following the rules of an opaque algo that hopefully gives you some visibility if you do what it expects. why would you create a hostile environment for those who are not consistent on social media?

yeah i remember telling friends that i had more meaningful interactions here than on twitter, despite having a small number of followers. it seems like the opposite is true now, especially for new users. to limit the bots, they have created a really bad experience for new users by making them invisible. not the smartest move to get more people to use it

This is why I have largely abandoned Warpcast. Which is unfortunate because it had a lot of promise.
