What kind of therapy? And what therapeutic interventions are we looking at?

The books are well researched, written, and timely
- effects of therapy can be more harmful than helpful, especially for kids and adolescents. Most shouldn't be put to therapy.
- therapeutic interventions are way too prevalent and going out of hand in generations after /gen-x
