I think a key distinction here is perspective vs judgement - having a different opinion on things and judging said things come from different places. Conflating the two is a slippery one

absolutely, it’s helpful to bring awareness to what is going on within ourselves. I feel for myself judgement arises when I feel I need to be ‘be better than’ in some shape or form + it’s largely being motivated by my insecurities vs a different perspective is just someone else’s experience that isn’t mine
