Slowly coming back to social media after a small but very-needed break. How do you balance your real life / social media screen time? Do you set yourself some rules?

Make sure you have good habit hygiene like setting time to meditate in the morning, going outside, reading etc. I have sometimes used an app blocker if I really needed to focus on something and that could be a rule you have for say Sundays - build good habits

Indeed, as soon as I tried to slow down on social media, I started meditating and running. I’m feeling so much better now. I believe it’s just a matter of managing the overall FOMO.
