By the age of 30 young people are already alien and by 40 they’re quite annoying. Time also moves faster with age and I doubt those tendencies do anything but continue. If so then for almost all time one will be getting angrier and more alienated.

That assumes people can’t change. I think change is not only possible, it’s required - change as in evolution, as in growth, self work. And then it becomes a catalyst for possibilities

Well, evolving does require analysis to realise what you’re evolving from/to. So yeah, psychological and sociological it will be. Comfort is not necessarily an optimum state - people are comfortable in pretty awful circumstances if their nervous system is used to them

That sounds a bit psychological for me. Surely if time moves faster as we age then the degree of effort required for constant demanded change will likewise. An infinite life would therefore be little more than increasingly constant change and decreasing instances of comfort or security.
