Release control haha! As a recovering hyper vigilant, I used to need to know and assess and secure all details so that I would feel safe in the knowledge that something could be done. It was very useful at the time when that hyper vigilance came online but it came rob one of joy, letting go, being present. It’s an exercise like anything else in this work but the more evidence you build in it’s ok if I don’t control if I don’t know everything, the easier it is to trust the unknown and be comfortable and even excited (I know, it’s kind of wild when it starts happening) about not knowing

Any practices or tips to help with this? My default setting is analyze everything 😂(both conscious and unconscious)
