not really, it's suprizingly hard real question: what should the recommendation algo so it shows you the right channels?

It'd be cool to see something like what Daylight does around mint discovery, applied to channels instead. Thinking: - Independent of auth: popular, trending, new - With auth, leverage your social graph: channels many of my friends are following, channels they're active in, etc...
