Yes I would like to ask a question. Thank you for sharing your wisdom 🙏🏼 My longtime goal is to be able to perform not assisted pull-ups and parallels. But I can perform maximum 10 body weight (with resistance bands) pull-ups and 0 parallel :(( How can I improve? I’ll appreciate your professional advice😊

So I’m assuming by parallels you mean neutral grip : Biggest advice I give to people trying to conquer body weight pull ups is that at some point you have to fully commit to doing it What I mean is that you can only follow progressions so much One day you’re going to have to get under a pull up bar and try AS HARD AS YOU CAN to pull yourself up And you won’t be able to And then the next day you need to get under the bar and try again And the next day try again And one day you’re going to finally do it If you can do 10 assisted pull-ups, you can do 1 BW pull up. You have to overcome the mental block thinking that you can’t Because once you get one you’ll realize you had the strength all along So ditch the assisted bands, give 100% effort every time you try, and don’t give up That pull up will come sooner than you think.
