I utilize @jtgi's /automod for the /vip channel, implementing a ruleset that includes nft bypasses and restricted spam strings. Farcaster allows me to review nft collections of trusted casters and adjust permissions to allow similar casts. In rare cases that don't meet mod rules but are appropriate for the channel, I use automod actions to manually push them to the feed. As /vip focuses on *the internet*, there are few prohibitions besides spam or scams, so I primarily use automod as a bot filter. The channel is embedded on my vip site, so I want to ensure the feed is well curated for new visitors. Automod handles most of the moderation, preventing the need for constant manual curation or concerns about a bot farm taking over the feed while I'm unavailable.
