Working on a rando theory - thoughts? Its been said - internet killed monoculture It didn't kill it. It replaced it w/ constant noise that is modern existence. We're all just swimming in that monoculture so we don't see it. I'm betting on meaningfully connected subcultures to make a massive comeback this decade.

echoing @tldr - the back pain may be a symptom of a malfunction lower, often the hips. Been managing issues around this for 25 years - if I could do only 2 things it would be 1) work with a functional movement specialist, 2) pilates. There's loads of tiny stabilizing muscles we've lost via sitting all the time.

Would add that the presence of others has a significant effect on the quality of the work you put in and the results. I do weekly shamanic journeys with a group - huge difference in my experience between doing them off a recording vs. in real time with others on zoom.
