if i found a coach to do regular breathwork sessions live over zoom, would ppl be down? i’ve been using wim hof’s content async but it’s nowhere near as good as live IMO

Would add that the presence of others has a significant effect on the quality of the work you put in and the results. I do weekly shamanic journeys with a group - huge difference in my experience between doing them off a recording vs. in real time with others on zoom.
