One misconception I see about spam labeling: "I'm a real human. I'm not a bot." Claiming "I'm not a bot" doesn't change the quality of your content. If you're farming replies and not being thoughtful, that's spam. And saying "Oh, I was just hoping to make some money, I'll do better in the future" doesn't work. Because every spammer will say the same thing. It's not hard to not be spammy. Just cast a little less, be a little more thoughtful.

Coming from a SM world where shadow bans are common for reasons that are unclear to end users itβs reasonable for us to be concerned.

Your followers still see your content, you just lose access to discovery on Warpcast. Is that valuable, yes. But there's no other way to solve.

In the current set up. How do low follow count users get discovered? Is it possible to break out or forever be condemned to being labelled a spam bot?
