Folks, I am big fan of pen and paper strength app but it’s not for abs really if someone has good program for abs it would great to have it here.. thanks!

My abs didn't really start growing until I REALLY overloaded them and hit them with high frequency. Cable crunches and machine crunches did the trick 9-12 sets per week to failure

Did you do it after the complete work-out or you kept separate 20-30 mins a day for it?

I superset the work since it's very easy* *easy meaning minimal setup and easily recoverable. Ex: Leg Curls ss Ab Wheels, Tbar Row ss cable crunches, dips ss situps, etc...

Forgot to add, if I don't superset then the lift just becomes an afterthought. I try to get volume for some lifts like that, such as neck flexion, calves, etc...
