you can only physically put on 35-40 lbs in a LIFETIME. Bro, you didn't put it on in 11 weeks. You're delusional. You gained water weight and fat and [some] muscle

I was just thinking about something. My incline bench went from 95lbs to 185 for 4x6-8. My pull-ups went from 3-4 to 4x12-15. My squat went from 135 to 225 for 4x8-10. My deadlift πŸ‘€. It is a lot. I’m kind of sharing because I’m surprised. Haha.

That's great progress. You still didn't gain 30 lbs of muscle in 2.5 months. Let's not spread misinformation and give unrealistic expectations to people.

Yeah, you’re just wrong. You can read and pretend you’re in the gym, kitchen, or whatever with me… but you’re not. Is there a chance that I’ve retained water? Of course. The bottom line is I’m 33lbs heavier less than 12 weeks later. My body fat is around 10%. That’s not misinformation; that’s work.
