Lately itβs been taking me about 30 minutes into my workouts to feel at full strength Anyone have any suggestions beyond stretching a lot longer before workouts?

What does "feel at full strength" even mean? Some of my best performances/lifts was when I "didn't feel good". I haven't stretched in a decade. I just do warmups and pyramid up.
