One of the complaints that I hear A LOT is “The OG casters just ignore anyone who’s not in their circle. This leads to resentment for some people. 

But I wanted to share a different perspective. You don’t need to get a response. Instead, focus on finding friends that you can grow together with.

In short, don’t worry about the current OGs. Make your own!

Because it sucks writing out a thoughtful reply only to be completely ignored, and this is definitely a thing I've noticed with some people.

This is a solid idea! Encouraging more interaction and replies can really help build stronger communities on social platforms. It definitely feels frustrating when thoughtful responses go unnoticed.
