i had an awesome debate just now with a couple of folks i consider 🐐 onchain investors (they're on farcaster, btw)

crux of the debate was:

do you think Farcaster's growth to 1M DAU will be because of onchain dynamics (economic incentives)? or in spite of it?

i come down strongly on the side of "because of"

100% because of it.  

To migrate folks precious attention from existing platforms requires leaning into crypto and using onchain components more prominently and for more obvious incentives.
