If this is the result in kind, then it's not bad at all. If you feel that progress has stopped, you can temporarily change some parameters, for example, shorten the rest time between sets. Or reduce the weight, but increase the number of repetitions - thus the total load will not change.

It's all natural, no steroids, protein or anything else, I don't use it, I don't even know about it.

Well, that's great. Protein is really an ordinary protein in its pure form, there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. And there is also an absolutely harmless supplement like creatine, which is a lot in fish, for example. Adds stamina, conditionally it is possible to add one or two times in the last approach.
