It seems like other people get stronger in a short time when they train and I'm still weak =/ What do you think?

If this is the result in kind, then it's not bad at all. If you feel that progress has stopped, you can temporarily change some parameters, for example, shorten the rest time between sets. Or reduce the weight, but increase the number of repetitions - thus the total load will not change.

It's all natural, no steroids, protein or anything else, I don't use it, I don't even know about it.
