Berenstain Bears were my favorite as a child ๐Ÿ˜ Ramona Quimby by Beverly Clearly was also excellent. Roald Dahl as I got older, specifically James and the Giant Peach and Matilda. I read these several times. I incentivized my niece and nephew by telling them I would buy them any books they ever wanted so long as they read them. This worked for a long time ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿค

I think I've read over 1000 books. I can only recall maybe 100. I can remember my childhood favorites with incredible detail. Having a well-read child leads to so much development in communication. Give them all the books. Come see me anytime for recommendations ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿค๐Ÿซก

Thank youuu! My daughter thankfully loves books. We read to her every night before bed. She's LOVING the wild robot books at the moment. Her first chapter book(s). Her communication/vocabulary has been excellent and we think this is a big part of that.
