One thing that I can’t reconcile is that they mention recursion is cheaper via folding, but then they say that they’ll move to binius for a 5x speedup and you can’t do folding with binius (have to do full recursion)

I think a 5x speed up using Binius is on the lower end and they’re being safe. I’d assume closer to 8-10x which should overcompensate for the loss in folding.
