I sort of have this with Sonos. They wanted to cancel the Play:1 speaker. People freaked out and it still works at the moment but will be dead soon.

I do 3-4 sets of Wim Hof breath holds around lunch time. Something about the panic  that sets in around 2 mins without breath, then controlling it, seems to reset my nervous system. I don't fully understand it.
