what's been (or continues to be) Dan/Varun's biggest mistake with Farcaster or Warpcast?

building /cabin, advising /clanker and /farcon | grin.io

think they dropped the ball of initial user experience, dan held that up for a while, but afterwards it just turned into dumping people on the same accounts which analytically led to an echo chamber and provides less desirable social opportunity for the same level of content creator.

recommends users based on channels the user would like, but it’s auto selected 50 still i believe. the really frustrating part for me though was when i didn’t want to follow a bumped user they never stop showing in explore unless blocked

i think this is important as the consumer but still riding the founders wave

Hopefully the signup experience asks you to join some channels, they're probably the best place to find cool people to follow
