I have an idea but why is the co-created agenda important?

Ah yeah this makes alot of sense. It moves from a lecture to a collaborative conversation towards a direction.

I saw in another company a structure where in the “manager” to “direct report” 1:1 the direct report was the one that created the agendas for 1:1s. 

Thoughts on that?

Great Q. Buy-in/engagement… it builds trust and this is key. 

You can offer a template and say: How would this work? Anything to add or subtract? 

Even this hits differently than: Here’s the agenda.
