24.12.17 - I love how doses of in-person time accelerates progress. There are times when you need to be heads down, so location is less relevant. However, especially during pivotal moments when making large changes to core business or tech stacks, that high-bandwidth, in-person time becomes incredibly valuable.

i like making jokes and through the internet somehow is harder. and that light attitude of just chilling also helps. like not everything is work and when being IRL it must be easier to get these times that can have important consequences in bonding and ideas
