Took 2 weeks off to recover (had some periodic elbow and knee pain) but now we back at it!

Set myself up on a 10 week program to hit some goals:
- bench - 330lbs (current ~305lbs)
- squat - 450lbs (current ~415lbs)
- deadlift - 500lbs (current ~465lbs)
- overhead press - 200lbs (current ~185lbs)
