One sign that a new social platform is succeeding is that the initial top creators are mostly new and not from existing apps. Many new crypto social apps have tried to onboard existing CryptoTwitter influencers whereas Farcaster has bootstrapped a new creator class. Awesome to see and congrats to the Farcaster OGs!

. @dwr.eth probably has better insights but I would highlight a few things that worked: - mobile first, easy onboarding - relentless focus on onboarding quality users and engaging them - maniacal focus on user feedback - quality engagement led to better dev activity - product let protocol development feedback loop
