Part of me is dreading the inevitable future of 90% of frames being 404's because they're powered by centralized servers, but other part of me feels that this is more reason to embrace Farcaster as something more ephemeral (as intended, but more than I'd prefer).

Degen or warps to cover ipfs payment sort of like discord hosted servers but way more granular. Or maybe this could be done at the channel level

I lean towards data preservation and reliability as well but my solace in this dilemma is the reality that only a small fraction of Farcaster users are aware that their casts get pruned as they go over their storage limits.
