I see a lot of people actively campaigning their projects to ballot-holders, which feels weird to me. I was hoping that the premise of RetroPGF would not devolve into a popularity contest, but it clearly has. Should I be hustling whatsabi's ballot harder?

I didn't want to do it, but the thing is, it seems strange that less than 20% of the projects are eligible, and the deadline is just three days away. I guess I just wanted for our project to be more visible (we've been listed in just 1 list), but I don't know about the others.

Does it feel weird if you’re campaigning a low-level, technical project to non-technical badge holders though? How would you make them otherwise aware of these projects and libraries? I’m not sure if current methods of project discoverability in RPGF suffice. I see nothing wrong with campaigning in that case.
