Well it makes it hard. But seems to be solved via TLSNotary or zkTLS sufficiently such that at this point that particular utopia is in reach, right?

They're workarounds that introduce intermediaries with compromises along the way... Would be so nice if anyone could just prove a response wasn't tampered without a whole AVS industry worth of moving pieces. 🥺

Agreed the solutions are both compromising at times and extremely inelegant wrt to how many layers are needed to get it to mostly work But it does look like we can do better than chainlink
