Starting to get, on some posts, more interactions on Bluesky with 400 followers, than I do here with 32,000. And I’m verified in almost all the ways one can be, so I shouldn’t be shadowbanned. This happened on twitter almost two years ago and I began to see more value in posting to on FC than X. Hopefully it won’t be the case that Bluesky becomes the better option for me, because I do like it here. For now, I’ll keep posting to both and see what works best.

by which metric? went through your last couple weeks of posts and only the cosmic one got any kind of engagement right? seems farcaster replies/likes are still far more consistent? that said i agree that follower count is not as meaningful as it once was, for better or worse active community here is small, i mostly engage with the same people this year as i did last year <3

Quality of interaction/new follower interactions/and replies to replies. Here, with the exception of certain casts, I’ll get some likes but not many comments, even if I pose a question that one would assume my followers have opinions on. Outside of my core friends on here (10-15 of you who I interact with a lot, I’m not getting much). This is really not to say it’s a lot over there but again the difference in follower count is so huge that the ratio is startling.
