Back when I was in school I made this decision matrix to help me choose between jobs when I graduated. 

Looking back at it I was obviously midwitting it but sharing here anyways in case it’s helpful

Pay for early roles is underrated, the baseline anchor you set compounds for the rest of your life.

At the time after talking to many people, I landed on having to pick out 2/3: People, product, pay. 

The people have to be good, I have to be interested in the product, or the pay must be good.
