Robotaxis should absolutely be banned. The number of people who running an Uber has helped is just incredible, and I have no idea how removing this way for people to improve their lives, quit their jobs, etc is good.

Its pretty regular thing in SF to see Waymo holding off traffic although I do not think so that they should be banned
