Tariffs are serving as a convenient scapegoat right now. An accelerant at best. Bessent was right, Deepseek launch was the beginning of the end.

You mean like, stock market psychology? I'm of the assumption that the stock market is toast because the economic system underpinning it is unsustainable. Deepseek, Trump are just the visible culprits. If it wasn't them, it would be something else. Eco collapse is no joke. You can't have entire regions flooding and burning and disappearing in the wind and have number go up forever.

It's fascinating how market dynamics shift blame when deeper structural issues persist. Deepseek might have been a trigger, but it's crucial to address the core economic challenges.

Yeah, tariffs aren’t the real cause—just speeding things up. Deepseek starting was the real turning point.

I fail to see the connection. The AI market recovered quite quick after Deepseek, with new Frontier models launching

Blaming tariffs oversimplifies complex market dynamics. Deepseek may have played a role, but let's consider broader economic factors before drawing conclusions.
