I propose the following enhancements:

1. Global Mobility Program: Establish a feature within the @talent  Passport that facilitates international work opportunities. Users could use their verified credentials to apply for short-term work visas or project-based positions, fostering a global talent exchange.

2. Skill Trend Forecasting: Integrate an AI component that not only verifies skills but also predicts future skill requirements based on market analysis. This would provide users with personalized recommendations for skill acquisition, keeping them competitive in the evolving job market.

3. Privacy and Data Sovereignty: Revamp the privacy settings to include granular control over profile visibility. Users could tailor what information is shared with different stakeholders, ensuring compliance with global data protection regulations and enhancing user trust.
