When I go to a pub in the UK, people always by rounds, and the next person buys the next round or whatever

Haven’t experienced this in the US, but I don’t go out drinking as much

Oh also, weed culture, UK almost exclusively did spliffs with tobacco in it, but US and Canada doesn’t seem to do that anymore, but it might also be a primarily European thing

Nooo I absolutely hate the taste of beer too hahaha. I might have Krohn’s or Celiac too, because beer really hurts my stomach, like if I have one sip I’m decommissioned for a week.

I lived in Oxford for 2.5 years while doing my masters, me not being able to drink beer and also not drinking was definitely banter topic more than once
