What’s your go-to aerating or decanting strategy for daily drinkers that could benefit from some breathing? I used to just pop and pour everything, then went to a top aerator, but lately I’ve been actually decanting for an hour before drinking.

Definitely a good pour in a decanter, with some shake to get as much air in as possible. Sometimes you only need to do that once. Depends on the wine. W Pinot I more or less decant and go. An Hermitage, I will let it breathe for hours.
