I commit to starting a new workout routine tomorrow. I'll focus on CrossFit as my primary form of exercise, supplemented with long runs. I'm excited. I've done CrossFit in the past and my body responds really well to the mix of strength and cardio.

You going to be using any protein supplements? They would work faster tho if you want to bulk up.
