Nope! It will return very similar power badge fids, especially in the first few weeks.

The major difference between Neynar power badge users and Warpcast power badge users is that Neynar's currently update daily. We may change this in the future

Technically yes, but it’s unlikely. The upside and reason we did this was to ensure accounts eligible for a power badge obtain it same day rather than waiting a week
