Dinner: chicken meatballs with garlicky kale, watercress, and cucumber and tomato salad 🥗 I added freshly grated parm to the kale before eating :)

Thank you! ☺️ I add olive oil to the ground chicken mix. The added fat adds flavor and keeps them juicy
