I wasn't actively looking to buy my first place, but stumbled on a condo nearby my wife really likes. it's huge and has a lot of space for her to craft. no verizon fios, only spectrum (HORRIBLE upload speeds) welp, this might be a dealbreaker. a travesty we have to deal with garbage internet choices in NYC 2025

I was able to negotiate with spectrum and get higher upload speeds for the price of regular upload speeds if that helps! What kind of crafting does your wife like to do? I too like crafting and crave space 😂
