There’s a fire, you can only save 3 supplements and take them with you - what do you take? My favorite supplements are ginseng, colostrum from ARMRA, and Lion’s Mane. I’ve seen real changes/benefits with all 3.

curious how you gauge, for eg, if your immune function and gut health are improving? these feel like they'd hard to gauge thru perception. same with nerve growth and repair.
