Peanut butter cookies with alternative sugar. Super easy to make and an easier way to take peanut butter on the go!

Not normally but it can be done as long as the final batter is wet enough. Iโ€™d have to experiment with different whey protein brands to figure out the best tasting combo. If you donโ€™t mind heavy whipping cream, you could also make a dark cocoa powder + whey protein whipped cream and eat it together. It tastes ๐Ÿ‘

No I haven't tried them! I love baking so I like to bake everything from scratch so I haven't tried a lot of store bought options. That being said, the Hoppy planet foods one looks especially interesting because of the insect protein. Do you recommend them?

I like it! No fake sugar and ingredients are pretty clean. I like that you get 6g of protein per serving. Their chocolate chip one is especially tasty. Iโ€™d say in general doesnโ€™t taste like insects to me :) That said I know some people are weirded out by cricket protein, doesnโ€™t bother me.
