Any idea why my points tipped to me might have gone down by some 15%? Is there some clawback happening if people who get banned have tipped me? Seems too large but am wondering why points go down. 😥🫣😥

Yes, if the donor (tipper) is DQ, their tip allowance disappears and so the tip is invalidated. DQ list was updated a few days ago, and I also noticed a small points drop (much less than 15%, but it's possible if you got a big couple of tips from people who got DQd later)
