any know if there's a tool to auto post to twitter from farc automatically?

Auto-post to X from Farcaster - a utility many people would pay for.

- support for threads
- replace farcaster username with connected X username for native mentions
- replace slash channel-name with a Supercast or Warpcast channel URL
