what a superteam — i wonder how we can unlock everyone to perform even better

instinctively mind goes to ~increase incentives~ (ownership is already there) which might be cliche but something about the idea of “if nouns gonna win its participants need to win too”

propdates should just be retro. every team posts weekly to compete for a big pool. but i wonder how big it has to be for people to actually post. and maybe curating to _only_ onchain proposers makes sense?

yeah the pool probs gotta be pretty big — tbh i would try to use the equity-like assets we already have on hand in large supply (treasury nouns)
