Pay as much as you can towards principal every month until it’s paid off. Buy another property and rent it out. Wash rinse repeat

If you buy a fixer upper, outdated but liveable makes it all so much easier to casually do then a huge overhaul project. I've done both and definitely recommend the outdated house
