- We've updated rounds.wtf home page to show case rounds from across communities. 
- The eligible users are derived from a list of 3k addresses provided by the good folks at Nouns Karma (ty @mmurthy!). ~500 of those addresses had FIDs attached which is the list we're using.

all casts with eligible likes, yes. it’s an experiment - if the output is not great, we will revert back to tag to submit. 
also - id argue that announcing something you worked on is a contribution. memes as well.

So all casts with likes get retro rewarded? Only asking because most submitted casts aren't contributions but rather announcement/meme posts. How do you filter them out?
