What the most optimal weekly split? I'm currently on a 6 day split (not super consistent on exactly 6 days) where I do 3 different splits 2 X's a week. Legs/biceps (give legs a breather during bicep lifts) chest/triceps/shoulders - One of the 2 days is chest priority, the other is shoulder priority back - Normal

Hard to say, but possibly those are the horse mats everyone talks about! I think i like those more than the puzzle piece gym flooring that is quite expensive tbh

I recommend weening off of the OMAD eventually, as it’s not the most beneficial for protein synthesis. You had 5ish “prime” opportunities a day for muscle protein synthesis, so eating only once can limit your bodies ability to stack in gains!
