What the most optimal weekly split? I'm currently on a 6 day split (not super consistent on exactly 6 days) where I do 3 different splits 2 X's a week. Legs/biceps (give legs a breather during bicep lifts) chest/triceps/shoulders - One of the 2 days is chest priority, the other is shoulder priority back - Normal
